President Emmanuel Macron laid a wreath outside the Stade de France on Thursday to mark 10 years since the 2015 Paris attacks that killed 132 people.

He stood with victims’ families, including Sophie Dias, who delivered an emotional tribute to her father, the first person killed that night.

Macron then visited each attack site in Paris, from the cafés targeted in the 10th and 11th arrondissements to the Bataclan, where 90 people died.

The day’s commemorations include a new memorial garden and nationwide moments of silence.
